All CityGrows workflows (except those set to Private and/or those for which Open Data is disabled for all fields) allow the public to view information collected as part of those workflows. (Read more about Open Data and the Stats pages on CityGrows here).
Administrators have the option to also allow for Public Search on each workflow's Stats page, giving the public the ability to find specific information relevant to them in a workflow.
Here's how to turn on that option for your constituents:
Select the workflow you'd like to enable Public Search on from your Workflows section, then click Edit and open the Settings tab. Scroll down to Public Data Search Settings and toggle to on. Don't forget to click on Save Settings!
Once you do, the public will see the Public Search tab as an option on the Stats page.
